What are the center start-up costs?

Starting your own business can be a scary proposition. With Precision Tune Auto Care you don’t just get a great franchise but a brand with proven operating experience.  With more than 40 corporate owned and operated centers and 220 franchisees we can help you better understand the anticipated costs in getting started.  While the average estimated investment is between $127,000 – $253,600 assuming you choose to lease your center your investment will also vary depending upon the size of the location and adaptation taken to bring the center with brand standards.

Your auto care franchise investment will vary depending on a number of factors, including the extent to which the location you have selected and we have approved may have been formerly equipped. The extent to which you will need to make leasehold improvements to the center and the amount of business conducted at the center.  Under the franchise agreement, you may obtain all required equipment from sources of your choosing as long as each item of equipment meets or exceeds our specifications.

The information in the table above assumes you will lease the land and building from your landlord. If you choose to construct the building or purchase the land, your initial investment will be higher.
