I took my car for the first time to Precision Tune Auto Care Shop (Catonsville, MD). I went there on a recommendation from a friend who has been taking his car there for seven years. I have never had such a great experience. The people were friendly, the cost was explained to me before any work was done (which was much cheaper than my regular shop), and when the bill came it was exactly what I was told. No high pressure to have anything else done, just a friendly thank you. And the work was done right the first time. From now on I will only take my car to Precision Tune.

Chris and his team knock it out of the park every single time. They're super down to Earth and go out of their way to provide top-tier customer service. I work in sales, so I am conscious of where I spend my money. While nobody likes having vehicle trouble, these guys make you feel like you've got a friend helping you out when you do. I’m not one to write reviews, but if there was a sixth star I’d give it to them for sure. Not once have I had a bad experience with Precision Tune and am even hesitant to write this review because I don’t want other people to find out about this place and how great it is. I can guarantee you they’ll be honest, timely, and get the job done right the first time (unlike many other places I’ve dealt with in the past). I’ve gone here many times and have never been the slightest bit disappointed. Rob is the G.O.A.T. Highly recommend.

A comforting and enjoyable place to spend your time. Whether you have a flat tire or bad torque converter, the specialists here will guide you through the problem and fix it with 100% satisfaction.  Their mechanics are fully trained and always ready to turn wrenches to help the community.  I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car.

Very friendly and knowledgeable front desk clerk and the mechanics are knowledgeable and friendly as well. Prices seem to be very fair and I didn't feel pressure to do all of the extra recommended services at that time, although the pricing of one did convince me to go ahead and do it. Would definitely recommend Precision Tune Auto Care based on this first visit. I'll definitely be going back.

You feel like family, not just another customer. Options are offered, everything is explained in detail, and I never feel pressured. I actually look forward to going there. They are always professional and quick to service my vehicle.

I work close to Precision Tune and I will not go to ANY OTHER Precision Tune but the one located in Conyers GA! Their Customer Service EXCEEDS My expectations! The friendliest Manager I have ever encountered. They take the time to speak with you about your vehicle, they always treat me great at this particular location. I will not go anywhere else! Very friendly atmosphere.
