Nissan attempts to woo Peyton Manning to Tennessee with new Titan

As NFL free agency continues, much of the focus is on one man: Peyton Manning. The record-setting quarterback is said to be choosing between three teams: the San Francisco 49ers, Denver Broncos and Tennessee Titans. Fans of those teams would do just about anything to have Manning leading their squad, and that includes the businesses in each area as well.

Japanese automaker Nissan has a factory in Franklin, Tennessee, and recently wrote an open letter to Manning offering him a custom Nissan Titan. Although the letter says that Nissan is remaining neutral and he can claim his new pickup truck no matter which team he chooses, the letter is filled with references to Tennessee, making it rather clear where they're hoping the quarterback will end up.

It's unlikely that Manning will make his decision based on a new truck, as the value of his expected contract would probably allow him to build a factory of his own. Still, it will be interesting if Manning agrees to accept the offer.

Whether you have a brand new pickup truck or have been driving the same car for years, auto maintenance is critical to keeping it on the road.
