Mercedes-Benz is no stranger to luxury. The manufacturer continuously churns out some of the most stunning vehicles on the market, and its new CLA, a four-door coupe, is no exception. Such an amazing car needs an equally intriguing promotional video, which is why the automaker recruited supermodel Karlie Kloss to star in its latest ad.

Kloss is the star of a new short film highlighting the beauty of Mercedes-Benz. Directed by photographer Ryan McGinley and produced in part by Nowness.com, the clip, titled "Mind of Its Own," follows Kloss as she tries to escape the mundaneness of her normal life. When a new Mercedes-Benz CLA pulls up, she hops in the passenger seat and heads out on an adventure.

The brand has a long history with supermodels and fashion, Auto Evolution reports. It is one of the sponsors of the fashion week in Berlin, taking place from January 15 to 18, and the CLA is currently making an appearance there.

Even with the addition of Kloss, the new 2014 CLA stands out as the star of the video. Named one of the top five unveils from the Detroit Auto Show by AutoBlog, the new model should command a fair amount of attention on its own thanks to its sleek design and the auto repair that transformed the vehicle.
