So what exactly does $1.3 million buy in a car?
The Bugatti Veyron is the fastest street-legal car in the world, earning a place in the Guinness Book of World Records in July 2010. Producing 1,200 hp and hitting 60. in 2.5 seconds, the vehicle, which was named Top Gear's Car of the Decade, has a top speed of 267.81 miles per hour.
While the vehicle's astronomical price tag will prevent most drivers from owning and maintaining the car, Jay Z and Beyonce can most likely afford a few vehicle inspections and oil changes, as Forbes estimates the couple's annual income to have reached $89 million in 2010.
