Jeep turns its focus to road trips

Road trips have long been an exciting part of American culture. To celebrate this beloved tradition, the Jeep brand is asking drivers to submit their favorite 30-mile road trip. Anyone who sends in options has a chance to win a new 2014 Jeep Compass or a 2014 Jeep Patriot.

"30 Miles of Freedom embraces the time-honored tradition of the American road trip, celebrating the freedom of the open road while extolling the virtues of finding adventure," said Mike Manley, president of the Jeep brand. "The Jeep Compass and Jeep Patriot are perfectly suited to journeys near or far as two of the most capable compact SUVs in the market, with fuel economy ratings of up to 30 miles per gallon."

Jeeps may be designed to provide high-quality road trips for motorists, but drivers of any type of car can make sure they are investing in the right vehicle maintenance that will keep the automobile running for any number of miles.

For example, many individuals will want to make sure the auto alignment is correct to guarantee a smooth ride throughout the trip. Getting the HVAC system checked is also a must, as drivers will want to remain comfortable for the duration of their journey, even if that means getting car air conditioning repair
