Alec Baldwin has been in the news lately, as the "30 Rock" actor has hinted that he may run for mayor of New York City.
AOL Autos was able to track the actor down and ask him the hard-hitting question that everybody wants to know: what's his favorite car?
"My favorite car that I drive is a 1999 Mercedes 600," he told the news source. "It's the last year of the big, land yacht body before they trimmed down the body and took out the weight...It's a giant whale of a car."
Baldwin proved he was adept for the politician role, however, as he readily admitted that the car was a gas guzzler. That's why he revealed that the main cars that he drives are a Toyota Camry Hybrid (in LA) and a Mercedes ML450 Hybrid (while in New York).
The actor also recalled a funny story about his very first car - a 1967 Chevrolet Impala that his neighbors gave him for free. Apparently, the neighbor didn't want his elderly grandmother driving the vehicle anymore, so he solved the dilemma by giving it to Baldwin.
