Muscle cars are some of the coolest autos in the world, so there's a reason why these classic vehicles are hot commodities in the industry. Not only are they worth lots of money, they are iconic pieces of car pop culture and history.

So which ones are the best? It's not like there's one or two that stand out among the rest - which is why MSN Autos held a poll to create a list of the 10 Greatest Muscle Cars of All Time.

Coming in tenth place is the 1970 Buick GSX, followed by the 1968 Pontiac Firebird Coupe in ninth.

The 1969 Dodge Charger came in eighth place with seven percent of the total votes picking "General Lee" as their favorite muscle car. In seventh and sixth place are the 1970 Boss 302 Mustang and the 1965 Pontiac GTO, respectively.

Plymouth's 1970 Hemi Barracuda had 425 horsepower and a low 13-second range on the quarter-mile sprint, earning fifth place on the list.

The 1970 Chevelle 454 SS came in fourth, while the 1969 Chevy Camaro came in third. One of the world's most iconic two-seaters, the 1966 Shelby Cobra 427 came in second place.

In first place, with 17 percent of the vote, was the 1967 Shelby Mustang GT500, which got 355 horsepower. "The GT500 was an instant hit, just as it remains to this day," concludes MSN Autos.
