MSN Autos has taken the 2011 Nissan Juke for a test drive, a new model from the Japanese manufacturer that combines the benefits of an SUV and compact car.The Juke is a crossover utility vehicle (CUV), which means it's about the size of a small SUV and comes with the same versatility expected with these kinds of cars. The special thing about CUV's, however, is that it has the performance level and fuel efficiency as a regular sedan.MSN's Kirk Bell calls the Juke a "truly fun-to-drive machine," adding that the car is in a class of it its own. Some of its features include front-wheel or all-wheel drive, anti-lock brakes and electronic stability control. While the car is a steal at its price, the interior quality is the trade-off, says Bell. Not much is padded, except for the cloth on the door armrests. There is, however, lots of leg room because of the seat range. On the road, the Juke is smooth and navigates turns surprisingly well and handles hills with ease and grace. The engine feels bigger than it really is and the torque steer is virtually non-existent.All in all, the Juke is the perfect vehicle for someone who is looking to buy an affordable, easy-to-drive and fun car.
