Julian was so good about explaining a couple of things that my car needs attention to in the future. 3 of my tires are fairly new (he was right on about when I purchased those tires) but one is the original tire from when I bought the car in 2010. So I will need to purchase another tire in the near future since the tire has 71,000 miles on it. I didn't realize that a person could tell when tires were purchased.10Julian the manager of the store was very honest also gave me a few recommendations on what needs to be fixed in the near future10The honesty of the technics and their complete knowledge of my vehicle10I was able to get my car in right away.
