Wonderful customer service! Professional care…Thank you Precision Tune on Ninth Ave, Pensacola Fl.

Today I found my new regular mechanics and I am so happy, Precision Tune auto care on 9th avenue! For years I have been going to take 5 oil change on navy blvd, because it’s quick and near my house, but this summer I had to get a completely new transmission (from Stuart’s superior transmission) because of a transmission leak that wasn’t discovered until I literally friend my transmission, they suggested that it was something that should’ve been found during my recent oil change but wasn’t… so I was recommended not to return to them because of similar negative reviews with them being a quick in and out shop. So I was referred to Precision Auto tune on 9th avenue in Pensacola, Fl by a family member who has been a local mechanic for decades and is now retired, but recommended them as the best place in town to go for routine maintenance care for my vehicle. When I first called Precision Tune auto care I spoke Greg and he was extremely nice and very professional, he had same day availability and even offered to help transport my vehicle or give me a 1 way ride if needed to get my vehicle to him. The quote he gave me for an oil change and bumper to bumper inspection was wonderful, and I felt very happy to bring my vehicle to them. Before I did however, I brought it to another shop I was recommended to go to by Stuart’s transmission (pep boys on 9 mile) and as soon as I stepped in their door— I regretted it, their service was so bad in comparison to Precision Tune, their shop was covered in trash and paperwork, the front desk associate was overwhelmed and immediately apologized for the office being a disaster and said that minutes before I walked in their manager quit and walked out on them, while backing out he ran into a trailer filled with tires and spilt them all over the place and that they were sorry they had me show up for an appointment just to tell me I had to come back in 4 days but that their shop was a wreck and that they couldn’t take me! So I walked out and drove my vehicle straight to precision tune auto care on 9th avenue instead! I am so glad I did! When I arrived I was greeted very kindly, seen within minutes, the shop was very clean and the energy was great. I had 3 staff members talking to me about my vehicle, who were all very kind and professional, reassuring me they would get everything taken care of for me properly before I hit the road for a roadtrip with my kids and that they would have my vehicle back to me within hours! That day I got a full vehicle inspection, oil & filter change from them for a great price (they actually charged me $120 less than my original quote on the phone as well as applied a military discount that saved me an additional $10). As I was paying they talked with me like a real human, laughed and cracked jokes and I told them I would absolutely be back! I truly felt like they care about their clients, are really good Men, and I feel very confident that they were thorough with their work! Thank you! I am so glad my intuition led me back to you guys and I look forward to having you as my trusted mechanics I can continue to bring my vehicle to! 10/10!
