Description Performs Engine Performance Evaluation (T.U.V.) and related tune-ups; performs Vehicle Maintenance Inspections (V.M.I.); performs in-depth diagnosis and repairs on all power-train management systems; communicates, supervises and trains service technicians; assists manager in training; maintains clean, organized service facility; performs auto care services as directed by manager
Responsibilities Produces work that generates revenues; has the highest technical level; performs all required services & proper vehicle inspections; uses service information system and parts application guides; determines proper labor pricing; matches or beats billed customer labor time; controls and monitors service bay procedures; educates and trains other technicians; performs quality control
Description Performs a multi-point lube, oil, filter change, and Vehicle Maintenance Inspections (V.M.I.); performs auto care services as directed by the manager; assists other technicians when directed by the manager; communicates needed maintenance work from the inspection sheet to the manager; communicates with and helps other lube technicians; performs other cleaning duties as directed by the manager
