Description
Sells work that generates revenue (billed labor; retail sales); implements and orchestrates sales and CSI programs; primary salesperson; answers telephone; frequent training and coaching of staff; praise and criticism given when needed; oversees scheduling, vehicle routing, work flow, administrative; keeps vehicles and technicians moving at a pace that is conducive to timely service; monitors daily productivity and makes necessary adjustments; adjusts staff as needed; ensures customer and vehicle follow-up; serves as a direct link between customer and technician; handles parts inventory control and order process; develops service estimates; ensures variable costs of doing business are within appropriate guidelines

Responsibilities
Controls overall store profitability/sells work that generates revenues; customer communication and satisfaction; sells all business related services (labor; parts); resolves customer complaint issues; controls workflow; properly bills labor; properly marks-up parts; controls inventory; responsible for cash drawer/POS system
