Responsibilities
Controls overall store profitability/sells work that generates revenues; customer communication and satisfaction; sells all business related services (labor; parts); resolves customer complaint issues; controls workflow; properly bills labor; properly marks-up parts; controls inventory; responsible for cash drawer/POS system

Lead Technician

Description
Performs Engine Performance Evaluation (T.U.V.) and related tune-ups; performs Vehicle Maintenance Inspections (V.M.I.); performs in-depth diagnosis and repairs on all power-train management systems; communicates, supervises and trains service technicians; assists manager in training; maintains clean, organized service facility; performs auto care services as directed by manager

Responsibilities
Produces work that generates revenues; has the highest technical level; performs all required services & proper vehicle inspections; uses service information system and parts application guides; determines proper labor pricing; matches or beats billed customer labor time; controls and monitors service bay procedures; educates and trains other technicians; performs quality control

LOF Technician

Description
Performs a multi-point lube, oil, filter change, and Vehicle Maintenance Inspections (V.M.I.); performs auto care services as directed by the manager; assists other technicians when directed by the manager; communicates needed maintenance work from the inspection sheet to the manager; communicates with and helps other lube technicians; performs other cleaning duties as directed by the manager

Produce work that generates revenue; entry technical level; perform lubrication specific services; perform proper vehicle Inspection; use parts application guide; match or come close to billed customer labor time; quality controls own work;

Receptionist

Description
Greets customers; answers telephone; prepares service orders; performs customer ring out; keeps the reception area and restrooms clean; assists manager with scheduling, work flow, administrative duties, etc.; maintains up-to-date filing system for service orders and warranty service orders; assists with pulling parts; assist with outside parts purchases

Responsibilities
Assists manager with customer service issues; helps manager greet customers; assists with cashiering, bank deposits, mailings, etc.; handles general office duties;

Service Writer

Description

Responsibilities
Sells work that generates revenues (billed labor; retail parts); properly greets customer (in store; telephone); performs customer interview; consults with customer to determine needed services; properly prices services; customer communication and satisfaction; impacts center profitability; responsible for overall center operation during manager’s absence; helps manager greet customers; helps manager with service writing & retail sales during busy periods; assists manager with employee training and customer education; helps manager maintain center productivity; maintains parts inventory; completes operational and administrative paperwork; assists with cashiering, customer interviews, pricing, parts running, bank deposits, answering telephone; quality assurance; must be able to lift a fully inflated wheel and tire; have understanding of inventory control; ability to learn and use POS and information system; oversees appearance of customer waiting area and rest rooms

Utility Technician

Description
Performs Engine Performance Evaluation (T.U.V.) and related tune-ups consistently; performs Vehicle Maintenance Inspections (V.M.I.); performs limited diagnosis and repairs on vehicles; communicates and works with other technicians when necessary; maintains clean, organized service bay; performs auto care services as directed by the manager
